Semenjak terjadinya COVID-19, banyak aktivitas yang harus dikerjakan di rumah untuk mencegah penyebaran virus, terutama dalam melakukan kerja, kuliah atau kegiatan sekolah. Setelah COVID-19 mereda, terdapat masyarakat beradaptasi sekolah maupun secara daring agar dapat dimana saja tanpa mendatangi hadir lokasi acara. Informasi terkait webinar selalu diberitahukan menggunakan media sosial lainnya pada internet, cara seperti ini sangat membuang waktu mencari diinginkan mendaftar. Pengisian data pendaftaran juga waktu. Maka tujuan dari pembuatan portal adalah menjadi sarana antar institusi mempromosikan membuat didaftarkan dan diikuti oleh peserta dengan mudah satu platform. Pada penelitian ini, dibangun sebuah mengumpulkan informasi mengenai mendukung metode waterfall terdiri analisis, desain, implementasi, uji coba pemeliharaan program aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, 85.18% responden pria 80% wanita website baik. Jika pengujian dipecah berdasarkan users, maka 58.9% 56.8% mudah.
